Humanis Web Portal Add On Now Available

The Humanis Web Portal is an add-on product that integrates seamlessly into your website. A template-driven design ensures that it looks exactly the same as your website.

You provide user IDs and passwords to your clients and applicants which allows secure, tightly controlled access to your Humanis data to provide the following functionality:

Client Self Services

  • Clients can enter new job orders
  • Clients can view job order history and assignment details
  • Clients can view their invoice and payment history

Applicant Self Services

  • Applicants can view and search open job orders, even if they’re not in your database
  • Applicants applying for jobs can add themselves directly into your system, including contact info and resume, employment and education history, availability dates and times, references, and qualifications
  • Employees can view work history and view details of past and upcoming assignments
  • Employees can view payroll history and details

Timesheet Entry

  • Employees can enter their own timesheets online
  • Clients can approve or reject timesheets
  • Approved timesheets are brought right into the back office
