The Humanis Pay/Bill module includes timeslip entry, payroll for temp, contract and full-time staff members, as well as Accounts Receivable. The time-slip entry system is designed for fast, easy data entry as it automatically picks up all information from assignments. You only need to enter the hours worked! Of course, you can easily change the defaults if required. Invoicing and payroll are automatically produced from time-slips, and exceptions can be easily entered. Payroll features fully user-definable pay and deduction setup. Invoices and paychecks are also user-definable. Accounts receivable features fast cash receipt entry, easy query and user-definable reporting.
The Humanis Back Office Suite consists of the Pay/Bill module above, and adds Accounts Payable and General Ledger. Accounts payable features easy vendor and invoice entry. It includes user-definable check format and reporting. General ledger features multiple division capability and allows immediate automatic or batch posting from payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Humanis Payroll Direct Deposit optionally allows entry of employee bank and account numbers and produces a file for transmittal to the bank.
Humanis Consultant Commission Reporting provides a file for consultants and tracks commissions earned, payable and paid.
Humanis Branch Interface allows remote branches with Humanis Front Office to enter their own time-slips, then transmit a branch update file to head office for centralized accounting.
