Questek Systems has more than 15 years of experience with installing software, converting legacy data, and making our software work effectively for our clients. We work with you very closely in order to make the transition to an automated system (or from a different system) as easy as possible.
We have implementation and training packages to suit every budget. For most systems, we recommend the following:
Once an order is placed, Questek assigns a team of people to work directly with you. This team includes an implementation consultant, and a member of our tech support team. This team works very closely together, and a member of the team is always available to you during the implementation.
The implementation consultant works with you prior to installing the software and goes over all the requirements you have, including business rules, custom reports and data conversion. They develop a roll-out schedule that includes the installation, data conversion and training associated with your setup. Once this schedule is approved, the IC then works with the tech support member to install and configure the system to your specifications.

Once the system is ready to go live, training begins. Depending on your needs and your budget, training can be done over the phone, in person at your site, or in a classroom setting at our location.
Once installation and training is complete, Support Plus subscribers have access to our technical support staff, available by phone from 9am EST to 5pm PST (business hours, coast to coast!), Monday through Friday. 24-hour support is provided by pager, so in case of after-hours emergencies someone will always be able to get back to you in a timely manner.
