Support Plus subscribers have access to our technical support staff, available by phone from 9am EST to 5pm PST (business hours, coast to coast!), Monday through Friday. 24-hour support is provided by pager, so in case of after-hours emergencies someone will always be able to get back to you in a timely manner.
The Support Plus plan includes unlimited phone, email and online support, software upgrades, our quarterly newsletter and access to the Questek Online web system.
